Rick Allen is a nationally-appointed U.S. missionary with the Assemblies of God and has played a major role in the development of the Acts 2 Church model.

From 2001 to 2005, Rick served as the district church enrichment director of the Arkansas District Council, assisting the district superintendent with a mentoring ministry for pastors through the District Coaching Group and overseeing the local church leadership development ministry through the Arkansas Cohort Group.

Rick has served as a senior pastor at churches in Arkansas and Tennessee and as a youth pastor in Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee. During his youth pastorate in Tennessee, he served on the National Child Services Agency for the United States Senate. Prior to his district appointment, he served as a U.S. missionary for the Book of Hope USA.
