• Provides a congregational scholarship for HCN's one-year ACTS 2 Journey (est. value $2,000).

• Provides a GPH ministry resource kit containing Acts 2 and age-level resources ready for immediate implementation (est. value $500).

• Provides ongoing ministry resources from HCN as they are developed (est. value $500).

• Requires the church to become an AG Trust Member ($50/month) upon completion of the ACTS 2 Journey for a period of not less than two years.

1. Have an average weekend worship attendance of 100 or fewer persons.*
2. Participate in HCN's ACTS 2 Journey as provided by its district or other approved entity.
3. Receive recommendation from its district leadership.
4. Submit a completed Application Form to the HCN office:
